Having enjoyed success at local rivlals,
winning both the 4th Division OB League and Bunting Cup, Swainer
moved on to 18th to ply his trade in the Amateur League. While
medals have not exactly been flying in, Swainer has definitely
proved time and time again his exceptional ability. Whether
plying his trade in midfield or up front, with the 1sts or with the
2nds, he's always in search of the ball and cn bang a goal in from
near and far....not forgetting he's one of the best headers of the
ball at the club. |

This
young lad came to training at the start of the season, and impressed
the whole 3 teams and managers immediately, Although the youngest
player at the club, he is definitely one of the ones to look out for
in the future - quick feet , super pace, and with skill to match any
senior player. Always gives 100% with enthusiasm, and has a good eye
for goal. |

An unexpected signing
for 18th last season, but it was definitely our gain when he did.
Monty's played for a few other clubs previously - the experience
tells as he holds the ball up very well, wins loads of flick-on's
and is a great supplier of goals. Not to mention bagging a few peach
goals himself |
 |
