after a long hard season i have had time to sit back and reflect and what a season we have had. from the ups to the downs we have been through them all, from beating kilmore rec away after aet too losing on pens to kilkeel away in  the junior sheild. as i said up and downs that sums are season up. from beating n/ton rangers 7-0 at home and 2-0 away the only team to beat them at there own ground in 3 seasons. we lost 3 games at home all year, ford and star at home in the league, and both games we should off got something out off ,w/ton rangers in the q-f off clar cup win 1-0 with 10 to go to lose 3-1. lost 4 away mossely we were really shit as against groomsport didnt deserve anything out of any of them games. star beat us 5-2 away , in the game till half time then two players off game over. ddc went with most of the second team on tues night and got beat 3-0 but was more than happy with the boys who played. got to the s-f off the c+c cup were we got destroyed for 90 mins. over all i think we have put in a all right stint for the first year back, but our training is the biggest issue we have everything in place for training and its the same faces that go week in week out. we need everyone to start showing better commitment in this area, i think we could of pushed a bit harder in every comp with better commitment from the players. that is down to yous the players and then we can push on. next season is always the hardest in the new league everyone knows what your about , and we also know what we are up against. as we know the last time we went up after the first season we came back down again, so a lot of hard work to do over the summer.
